In some circumstances, the customer isnt always sure of what they want printing. In which case, its gets handed over to our Design Department, where we can re-draw, re-design and re-create the company logo, the layout, the colours, and almost anything about the job at hand. The artwork is then faxed or emailed to the customer after a few days of designing for approval. Almost always, the customer is completely happy with the final proof, and would give the go-ahead on the job, and we will print that onto what products they have selected, however, if the customer wants something changed, or maybe a different colour - then we would change it in the same day.
