Heat-sealing is a fast and effective way of transferring block colour designs onto garments.
Using state of the art plotting and cutting tools, we would transfer the outline of such designs as the Beighton Construction logo below, to the plotter and send it to cut the appropriate outline onto a single colour role of material. For the Beighton Construction logo, it would be just the single colour - applied directly via Heat-Pressing to the specified garments.
However, you are not restricted to one colour designs via heat-sealing. Designs such as S&S Cabling LTD would be done by cutting the black seperately onto a black role, and the orange on an orange role. This is then placed back together at the sealing stage.
Heat-sealing is effective for block colours and smaller jobs such as one-off tee shirt prints. You can enquire about this, and/or order your prints by clicking the Contact Us link.
